Additionally, we offer academic reinforcement through the ESTEEM Learning Academy, which focuses on a highly structured after school tutoring in a student-centered learning environment that prioritizes academic rigor, behavioral interventions, and socio-emotional development to bridge educational gaps, diminish inequities, and continuity of learning for suspended students to facilitate their transition back into the traditional classroom settings.

- Parent Power Workshops: ESTEEM Consulting's Parent Power Workshop Series are designed to empower parents with the tools and knowledge to navigate educational challenges. Our workshops cover a range of topics essential for student's success.
- Advocacy: Assist parents with enrollment, discipline, college prep, IEPs/504s, and other educational issues.
- Target Audience: Parents needing guidance on navigating educational systems and advocating for their children.
ESTEEM Learning Academy (ELA)
- The mission of the academy is to empower students to take ownership of their own learning and behavior while also providing supportive interventions, so they can form the skills necessary for success in both school and life.
- ELA's vision is to provide a highly structured transformative learning program that is student-centered and where students can experience behavioral and academic growth and success.
- Services: (1) 4 hours of academic support for suspended students, followed by (2) social/emotional support (3) behavior support that includes strategies for success
- Target Audience: (1) Students with 5 or more suspension days in grades K through 5; (2) Students needing additional academic support;
- Delivery Mode: In-person
